The Bureau of Customs (BOC) Port of Subic has been recommended for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification by the TÜV SÜD after completing the second stage of the External Audit.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is an international standard for a quality management system that consistently provides products and services to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

TÜV SÜD raised 10 audit findings for compliance of the Port.

District Collector Maritess Martin assured that they would comply with the findings within the prescribed period.

Once completed, the Port of Subic will be officially ISO 9001:2015 QMS Certified.Martin said the Port would continue to improve its services, systems, and processes aligned with the ISO 9001:2015 standards toward a transparent and trusted government.
