Armed with a Letter of Authority (LOA) issued by BOC Commissioner Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero, members of POM-CIIS, POM-ESS, Philippine Coast Guard, and the National Bureau of Investigation inspected the warehouse located at 9172 Antero Soriano Hi-Way, Brgy. Mulawin, Tanza, Cavite.
The inspection led to the discovery of infringing goods bearing the brands of Jordan, Nike, Crocs, and Havaianas to name a few. Further, other merchandise were also found which include assorted Chinese food, Chinese beverages such as beers, iced teas, and sodas, and medical protective masks that locally distributed by a group of Chinese Nationals headed by Anna Ty and Willy Zhang.
