The Bureau of Customs – Port of Subic has maintained its ISO 9001:2015 certification last July 13-14, 2023 after successfully passing the surveillance audit of their processes conducted by Ms. Adorable Aguila, External Auditor of TUVSUD. The audit covered various aspects of the Port’s processes and operations.

This Port is committed in meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and continuously improving its processes.

District Collector Carmelita M. Talusan, CESO V, expressed her gratitude to the entire Subic team, for their hard work and dedication in achieving this milestone. The commitment in delivering excellent service to the public and implementing Commissioner Rubio’s 5-point priority program to simplify procedures and facilitate secure trade further demonstrate their dedication to quality and efficiency.
