In a letter addressed to Acting District Collector Sigmundfreud Z. Barte, SNPWSC lauded the BOC NAIP-SEZ for its continuous efforts in enhancing trade facilitation and operational efficiency. The commendation underscores the Bureau’s commitment in providing consistent support to stakeholders and ensuring the timely processing of trade-related activities.

SNPWSC also expressed its gratitude to Commissioner Bienvenido Y. Rubio for his visionary leadership, which has driven significant advancements in customs processes. Under his guidance, the Bureau has modernized operations, streamlined procedures, and prioritized the welfare of its stakeholders, positioning itself as a reliable partner in trade.

The commendation was addressed to Acting District Collector Barte, whose exemplary leadership and dedication in delivering timely and efficient service were particularly noted as instrumental in ensuring the 24-hour availability of customs services. On his behalf, Ms. Rovinson P. Delos Reyes, Satellite Supervisor of BOC NAIP-SEZ in Binalonan, Pangasinan, received the recognition.

These measures have significantly reduced processing times and improved operational efficiency.

“The Bureau is steadfast in its commitment to facilitating trade, fostering economic growth, and building strong collaborations with the business community,” emphasized Commissioner Rubio. “Through these initiatives, we not only optimize operations but also strengthen our partnerships with stakeholders, advancing our modernization goals toward a more streamlined and business-friendly customs environment.”
