The Bureau of Customs (BOC) was invited by the Philippine Society of Customs Administration Students (PSCAS) at their Annual General Assembly last September 11, 2023 at Lyceum of the Philippines University-Manila. Atty. Marlon Agaceta, Chief of Staff of the Office of the Commissioner talked about how BOC is on track to achieve world-class customs administration and modernize procedures. Speaking on behalf of the Commissioner, Atty. Agaceta expressed his appreciation for the next generation of leaders.
