The Bureau of Customs – Port of Davao, conducted a Multi-Sectoral Advisory Council (MSAC) meeting via Zoom Teleconference on November 16, 2021.

Led by BOC Davao District Collector Atty. Erastus Sandino B. Austria, together with the Port’s Office of the Strategy Management (OSM), the said meeting focused primarily on the Port’s best practices which include the implementation of the Customer Care Center (CCC), the innovations in Information Technology (IT), and the ongoing ISO Certification process.

The said Council is comprised of PDEA XI, DTI XI, CCBI- Davao, DA XI, PPA – Davao, PNP RO-XI, and other government agencies. Its main role is to be an external consultancy team that aims to provide other viewpoints and support to the Bureau in reaching its objectives.

BOC Davao, under the leadership of District Collector Atty. Austria, is committed to closely collaborate with its partner agencies to ensure continuous modernization its procedures and processes.
