Bureau of Customs (BOC) Port of Cebu Acting District Collector Ciriaco Ugay and the Subport of Mactan, led by Collector Gerardo A. Campo, convened in a fruitful meeting to discuss significant achievements and updates at the Subport.

The meeting marked a significant milestone in fostering an atmosphere of unity and shared goals between the two vital customs offices. The key objectives of the gathering were to amplify revenue collection, bolster trade facilitation, and strengthen border security.

Collector Campo highlighted the remarkable achievements made by the Subport of Mactan, which include their consistency in meeting collection targets, maintenance of ISO Certification, as well as receiving commendations from local government units and government agencies. Furthermore, the Subport recorded an impressive increase in revenue collection, demonstrating its commitment to upholding fiscal responsibility. These accomplishments showcase the dedication and efficiency of the Subport personnel in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
