This is to inform the applicants to vacant Customs Operations Officer III published on February 18, 2025, that their requests for reconsideration of their application have been approved by the BOC Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB).

In this regard, all applicants concerned are scheduled to take the Competency-based Written Examination on August 20, 2025 at the following venues:

1. ICT Conference Room, MICT Building, MISTG
2. 2F Social Hall, Port of CDO

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE EXAMINEES:

1. Examinees must take note of their respective ‘Applicant Number’ which will be indicated in the examination questionnaire and answer sheets, among other relevant documents.
2. Examinees are required to bring the following:
   • Any government-issued Identification card (NO I.D., NO EXAM Policy shall be applied)
   • Black or Blue Ballpoint Pen
3. Examinees must be in smart casual attire or BOC prescribed uniform.
4. Examinees should be at the designated venue at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled examination, for the conduct of verification by the BOC HRMPSB Secretariat.
