Pursuant to the provision of Section 1139 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA) of the Philippines, in relation to CAO 10-2007, as amended by CAO 03-2020, and other relevant Customs Memorandum Orders, there will be a Public Auction Sale through Sealed Bidding to be conducted by the Auction and Cargo Disposal Division, Port of Zamboanga, on 04 March 2025 at 10:00 am to be held at the Law Conference Room, Port Area, Zamboanga City. The goods shall be available for viewing within working hours on 27 & 28 February 2025. In the event a failed bidding is declared, the item or sale lot shall be referred to the Committee on Negotiated Sale if applicable or re-offered after five (5) calendar days upon publication in the official website and/or social media page of the Bureau, and posting in a conspicuous place of the Port, or in case of perishable goods, the second auction shall be conducted after three (3) calendar days from posting.
