ICYMI: On April 11 to 12, 2024, the Public Information and Assistance Division led the Bureau of Customs (BOC) 2024 Communications Summit, which was attended by all information officers and action officers of BOC ports and groups, as well as the heads and representatives of the Customer Care Centers of the 17 Collection Districts. The summit focused on bolstering strategies to enhance public trust and transparency in customs services.
