This is to inform the public of the cancellation of the scheduled public auction at the Port of Davao on Wednesday, 15 June 2016 due to failure to comply with Section 6 of CAO 10-2007 particularly on the posting of the Notice of Sale at the Bureau of Customs website.

New Schedule of Auction Sale shall be announced later.
