Only the applicants for promotion who passed the preliminary screening of the HRMD/Central Personnel Selection Board (CPSB) Secretariat as determined by the minimum qualification requirements (Education, Experience, Training, and Eligibility) of the position being applied for vis-à-vis the qualifications of said applicants were included in the list of qualified examinees.
The written examination shall be taken by the applicants at the Group/Collection District where they are currently assigned (including EG, IG, and MISTG employees deployed in ports), while the interview shall be conducted at the Group/Collection District where the position applied for exists.

(e.g. An applicant who is currently assigned at the Sub-port of Dadiangas, Port of Davao applying for a vacant position at the Port of Manila shall take his/her written examination at the Port of Davao, while the interview shall be conducted at the Port of Manila.)

1. Examinees are required to bring the following:

Blue or black pen
BOC ID card or any valid government-issued ID
Note: “NO I.D., NO EXAM”

2. Examinees are advised to be at the examination venue on or before the schedule.

3. The CPSB Secretariat shall issue further notice for the following:

Applicants to positions with Salary Grades 23 – 25;
Applicants for promotion/transfer from other government agencies; and
Applicants for hiring.
