Further to the Memorandum dated March 4, 2019 regarding Philippine Port’s Authority’s Notice to Withdraw Containers Cleared by the Bureau of Customs, it is hereby reiterated that all abandoned shipments that are already paid but remaining unclaimed shall be immediately issued a Decree of Abandonment and accordingly transferred to Cavite Gateway Terminal at the cost of importers, consignees, owners, and shippers.

Henceforth, all concerned are directed to claim and effect the release of all cleared/paid cargoes pending at the ICTSI container yard to prevent the risk of being declared abandoned and the inconvenience of your cargoes being transferred to another container terminal and be disposed of in accordance with law.
