The forfeited goods are re-offered for Public Auction after the same forfeited goods were declared FAILED BIDDINGS during the 07 September 2020 Public Auction. This SECOND BIDDING is conducted pursuant to Section 5.16 of Customs Administrative Order No. 03-2020. The respective floor prices have been previously been approved by the Import and Assessment Service, in its Memorandum 17 August 2020.
