URGENT NOTICE TO CLAIM GOODS DISCHARGED APRIL 29, 2020 – PORT OF DAVAO

Pursuant to the implementation of CMO 10-2020 on expedited processing and release of dry and reefer containers during the period of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and in order to ease and avoid overcrowding at the Port various Container Terminals, you are hereby directed to claim your goods from customs custody within three (3) days upon payment of the duties and taxes due thereon for dry goods and twenty-four hours (24) upon payment of the duties and taxes due thereon for reefer goods, particularly described in the attached PDF list of consignees.

Failure to claim your goods within the prescribed period notwithstanding the payment made on the lawful duties and taxes due thereon shall be, for all intents and purposes, deemed abandoned, which could later on, in an appropriate proceedings, ordered forfeited in favour of the government, unless covered by an Alert Order issued by a competent authority.
