The Bureau of Customs invites interested parties for the Project. The Project involves configuring and maintaining the presently installed software system at the BOC, which currently runs on the Trade World Manager (“TWM”) software. Interested parties must satisfy the following requirements:

The party owns title, copyright, and all other intellectual property in the TWM software, including but not limited to, TWM components and algorithms, or has been granted by the owner thereof the right to use, manage, develop, and apply the TWM software;
The party must be a certified service provider for the development, customization, modification, maintenance and upgrading of software and applications, particularly the TWM, using the SOClass framework, or has been granted by such certified service provider the right to provide the foregoing services.
The party must be capable of programming/reprogramming and customization of trade/customs software.

Interested parties must submit their expression of interest and proof of qualifications (original or certified true copy) on or before July 7, 2017 at 2:00 PM addressed to:
