Commissioner’s Visit to Port of Batangas

Customs Commissioner Isidro S. Lapeña visited the Port of Batangas on March 28, 2018. Comm. Lapena also took time to inspect the alerted shipments at the port. With him is District Collector Reynaldo Galeno.
