To fulfill one of the requirements of the Performance Governance System (PGS) Framework, which is Governance Sharing, the Bureau of Customs – Port of Surigao conferred with the Philippine National Police – Province of Surigao del Norte on March 29, 2022, at the Bureau of Customs office, Surigao City.

The said governance sharing activity discussed the PGS Background, Values Transformation and Moral Recovery Programs, handling of complaints/suggestions at the help desk, Client Feedback Mechanisms, and action plans to improve the public’s positive perception of the bureau.

BOC District Collector Jonah Herbert P. Dollano is grateful to the key PNP officers headed by PLTCOL Glenn C. Sampaga, Chief, Provincial Police Strategy Management Unit, who presented their agency’s best practices and strategies to improve the delivery of service to the public.
