Opening of sealed bids : 10:00 A.M.
Place : Conference Room, Second Floor Annex Building, Davao Custom House

Public Viewing of Merchandise and pre-bid conference for all qualified bidders will be on January 30 and 31, 2017 at DICT Wharf, TEFASCO Wharf and Sasa Wharf.
