COMMISSIONER’S VISIT TO SUB-PORT OF SUAL

Commissioner Isidro Lapeña visited the Sub-Port of Sual in La Union last March 19, 2018 and met with the officials and employees of the port. He is joined by Deputy Commissioner Gladys Rosales of Internal Administration Group, and Deputy Commissioner Ricardo Quinto of Intelligence Group.
