For the coverage of April 7-20, 2017, there was one (1) formal entry completed out of three (3) formal entries filed in Port of Iloilo. For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, there were eleven (11) formal entries filed; five (5) of those entries are in progress and six (6) were completed. A total of three (3) exports were filed and are still in progress and one (1) informal entry was filed and completed. To summarize, the entire District of Iloilo has a total of eighteen (18) entries filed: exports, formal and informal entries, and a total of eight (8) entries completed both formal and informal. There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auction, alert orders, warrant of seizure and detention and apprehensions.
At this juncture, we are on the process of organizing in-house seminars for “Customer Service” and “Values Formation” but there is no final schedule yet, we are still waiting for the availability and confirmation of the resource speakers from the Civil Service Commission Region VI. For this week, there are no operational highlights and significant matters nevertheless this port is continuously exerting all the efforts to exceed the collection target set by the Department of Finance.
