Port of Iloilo for the Week of April 21-27, 2017

For the coverage of April 21-27, 2017, there were four (4) formal entries completed out of six (6) formal entries filed in Port of Iloilo and the remaining two (2) entries are in progress. Also, three (3) informal entries were filed and completed.

For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, there were seven (7) formal entries filed; one (1) of those entries is in progress and six (6) were completed. A total of one (1) export was filed and completed.

To summarize, the entire District of Iloilo has a total of seventeen (17) entries filed: exports, formal and informal entries.

There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auction, alert orders, warrant of seizure and detention and apprehensions.

Moreover, the Civil Service Commission Region VI has already acknowledged the receipt of our letter request for resource speakers from their good office in line with our upcoming in-house seminars for “Customer Service” and “Values Formation”. Currently, we are still waiting for the final schedule to hold the said seminars.

As a significant event for this week, the entire district has valuably participated at the Strategic Planning and Management System (SPMS) Workshop and Seminar held on April 26, 2017 at the Assessment Division, Port of Iloilo which was conducted by the Planning and Policy Research Division spearheaded by Mr. Vincent A. Villanueva with the technical assistance of Mr. Ritzton Ryan M. Mamisay.
