Week of July 21-27, 2017
For the week of July 21-27, 2017, there were three (3) formal entries filed and are still in progress at Port of Iloilo. Two (2) informal entries were filed and completed. Also, four (4) exports were filed and completed.
For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, there were four (4) formal entries filed; two (2) entries were completed and the other two (2) entries are still in progress. One (1) informal entry was filed and completed. Two (2) exports were completed out of three (3) exports filed.
To summarize, the entire District of Iloilo has a total of seventeen (17) entries filed; exports, formal and informal entries.
There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auction, alert orders, apprehensions, warrant of seizure and detention. As of the moment, there are no operational highlights for the port.
The Administrative Division has sent a letter request to the Planning and Policy Research Division (PPRD), Internal Administration Group (IAG) and Interim Training and Development Division for the port’s forthcoming seminars: Seminar on Airport Operation on August 25, 2017 and Seminar on Integrity, Transparency and Accountability in Public Service on September 22, 2017 which will be held at Assessment Division, BOC- Port of Iloilo.
The port received a plaque of recognition from Customs’ Commissioner Nicanor E. Faeldon for the port’s commendable performance for meeting its target for three (3) consecutive months with the following actual collections and surplus:
January Php 227.9M 116.2%
February 230.3M 126.5%
March 219.1M 108.7%
Another plaque of recognition was given for the admirable performance of the port for exceeding its target for four (4) consecutive months with the following actual collections and surplus:

February 230.3M 126.5%
March 219.1M 108.7%
April 213.3M 106.1%
The said plaques of recognition were awarded on July 21, 2017 at South Harbor, Port Area, Manila during the Collectors Conference. #
