Commissioner Isidro S. Lapeña visited the Port of Iloilo to meet with the port officials and employees and conduct inspection on port’s operations. Lapeña also visited Iloilo Commercial Port Complex (ICPC) and Dumangas Port, and attended a meeting with Kalibo International Airport personnel. He is accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Gladys Rosales of Internal Administration Group.
