NARRATIVE REPORT
June 15-21, 2018

Sub-port Collector Renevic A. Soliman participated on Training on Handling Employee Grievances conducted by Civil Service Commission Regional Office VI on June 19-20 at Antique province.
On June 20-22, 2018, eight (08) personnel from Collection District VI attended the Enhancing Technical Writing Skills conducted by Civil Service Commission RO6 on June 20-22, 2018 at The Mansion Hotel, Iloilo City.
Dr. Wivina B. Pumatong, CESE attended a meeting with Port Management Advisory Council on June 21, 2018 at Philippine Ports Authority, Loboc, Iloilo City.
On Friday, June 22, 2018, Dr. Wivina B. Pumatong, CESE attended a meeting with Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, Commissioner Isidro S. Lapeña and Deputy Commissioner Gladys F. Rosales to discuss about Issues and Concerns from the Department of Tourism.
For this week, the entire district has a total of 12 entries filed; export and formal entries.
At the main port, three (3) formal entries were filed; two
(2) were completed and one (1) is still in progress. One (1) export and four (4) informal entries were filed and completed.
For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, four (4) formal entries were filed; two (2) were completed and two (2) are still in progress.
There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auctions, alert orders, apprehensions, warrant of seizure and detention. Different personnel from this port will be sent to scheduled trainings and seminars for the month of July which will be conducted by Civil Service Commission, Regional Office VI. #
