I. Report on Entries

A total of 30,934 entries were recorded for the Collection District III, NAIA for the week of May 15-21, 2017. Highest numbers of entries goes to Export with 15,009 (48.52%) and Transshipment with 11,212 (36.24%). Completion of entries is at 100%.

II. Report on Auction

No shipment scheduled for Auction for the week of May 15-21,2017.

III. Report on Alert Orders and Warrant of Seizure & Detention

No warrant of seizure and alert orders were issued for the of week of May 15-21,2017.

IV. Report on Apprehension

The Collection District III, NAIA has apprehended 55 parcels containing boxes of Glutathione or skin whitening products in vials with an estimated value of 5,645,606.62 last May 15, 2017 at the Central Mail Exchange Center (CMEC). Articles were examined by Ms. Rosalina T. Mayorga and Ms. Christian Joan Dela Cuesta, Customs Examiner. Claimant of the parcels were various claimants addressed in Metro Manila and provinces (please see attachment) who violated the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act [R.A. 10863 Sec. 1113 (i)].
