NARRATIVE REPORT
April 27- May 03, 2018

 

The Collection District VI joined Task Force Aninipay meeting on April 27, 2018. The Task Force Aninipay is a Regional Task Force on Anti-illegal Drugs which aims to suppress the drug problem in Western Visayas.

Personnel from the General Services Division, Port of Manila, visited the district and its sub-port on May 2-4, 2018 to inspect and to look after the plans of improving the physical structure of the BOC building and/or offices.

For this week, the entire district has a total of 18 entries filed; export, formal and informal entries.

At the main port, two (2) formal entries were filed and are still in progress.  Four (4) informal entries and seven (7) exports were filed and completed.

For the Sub-port of Pulupandan, three (3) formal entries were filed; one (1) was completed and two (2) are still in progress. There are no reports for balikbayan boxes, auctions, alert orders, apprehensions, warrant of seizure and detention. This port will be conducting a Drug Testing for all employees between last week of May to First week of June. #
