Good day!

Pursuant to Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) Resolution No. 2025 – 012, which nullified the previous conduct of the Competency-based Written Examination, the qualified applicants for Customs Operations Officer III positions in BOC (February 2025 publication) are advised of the new schedule. The examination is now set for October 18, 2025 (Saturday). Click the link below for the specific schedule and list of examinees:

1. Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce & Industry, Inc. (FFCCCII) Headquarters, Ground Floor, Muelle de Binondo, Manila

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE EXAMINEES:

1. Examinees must take note of their respective ‘Applicant Number’ which will be indicated in the examination questionnaire and answer sheets, among other relevant documents.
2. Examinees are required to bring the following:
   • Any government-issued Identification card (NO I.D., NO EXAM Policy shall be applied)
   • Black or Blue Ballpoint Pen
3. Bringing of cellular phones, including smart phones/ earphones or earbuds/ watches and pen/ eyeglasses with built-in camera, and any other gadgets/ electronic devices including those that may facilitate video/ audio recording of any test material/ form, or part/ portion/ phase of the conduct of the exam, and all other similar items, in examinee’s seat is not allowed. Examinees are also not allowed to wear smart watches during examination.
4. Examinees shall deposit their bags (with their CELLPHONES and GADGETS, including SMART WATCHES), and all other personal belongings in front of the room, or in the designated area. NO BAGS, OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL BELONGINGS, shall be placed under the seat. Examinees are not allowed to keep their mobile phones and any other gadgets in their pockets during examination.
5. Examinees should be at the designated venue at least 30 MINUTES PRIOR to their scheduled examination, for the conduct of verification by the BOC HRMPSB Secretariat. LATE COMERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THE EXAMINATION.

In accordance with Customs Memorandum Order No. 27-2016 or the BOC Merit Selection Plan, the rating obtained by an applicant for hiring and promotion during the conduct of Competency-based Written Examination shall remain valid only for two years.

DIRECTIONS TO GET TO THE VENUE:

• By Car/GPS: Search for “FFCCCII” or the full name of the venue on Waze or Google Maps. The building is located in the Binondo district, near the foot of the Binondo-Intramuros Bridge. Please note that parking in the Binondo area is highly limited, and traffic can be heavy.
• By Jeepney: Look for jeepneys bound for Pier South Harbor along Rizal Avenue (formerly Avenida). Alight at the corner of Quintin Paredes St. and Dasmariñas St., which is a short walk to the FFCCCII Headquarters Center.
• Landmark: The Federation Center is located along Muelle de Binondo street, near the Pasig River and the Binondo-Intramuros Bridge.
