NOTICE TO ALL PASSERS OF THE EXAMINATION FOR PROMOTION

SUBJECT : Instructions to Group/Local PSBs

Re: Conduct of Interview to Candidates for Promotion

We are respectfully forwarding the list of passers during the written examination held from January 22 to 23, 2017 in all groups and ports relative to the ongoing promotion process in the Bureau. (Annex A). VIEW COMPLETE LIST OF PASSERS HERE.

In this regard, all Group/Local PSBs are directed to notify the qualified candidates in your respective Groups and Collection Districts on their specific schedule based on the following interview period:

Please be informed that the interview for candidates to Collectors I and II positions shall be conducted by the CPSB. The schedule of interview shall be announced accordingly.

May we reiterate that the forms to be used during the conduct of interview are as follows:
Interviewer’s Score Sheet for Non-Supervisory Positions (SG 17 and below) (Form C)
Interviewer’s Score Sheet for Supervisory Positions (SG 18 to 22) (Form C-1)
Interview Tally Sheet (Form D)

Further, please refer to Memorandum dated 19 January 2017 (copy attached) for interview guide questions and pointers, and interview scoring instructions.

May we also remind the G/L PSBs to coordinate with the Bureau of Customs Employees Association (BOCEA) on their assigned representative during the conduct of interview.

Kindly transmit the electronic copy (MS Excel file format) through hrmd@gmail.com and hard copies of said duly accomplished forms to the Central PSB, through the HRMD, for consolidation and finalization of scores on or before the abovementioned schedule.

The CPSB shall issue supplemental instructions as may be necessary.
