BOC intercepts 20 illegal transshipments of rice, other items

The Bureau of Customs has reported on Friday, 16 December, that it has seized a total of twenty (20) twenty-footer (20×20) containers for transshipment that arrived at the Manila International Container Port (MICP) on several occasions in the month of November.
